 General Info Dates: Score and Save Academy, June 29 to July 3, 2008 (resident and commuters) Score and Save Day Camp, July 28-31, 2008 (Monday - Thursday, 9 AM to 1PM) College Identification Camp, July 18-20, 2008 Prices: $475.00 Resident camper $360.00 Commuter Camper $99.00 Day Camper $265.00 College Identification Camp See above dates Confirmation Upon receipt of your application, a confirmation letter will be sent. Participants must also have on file a parental consent form, medical release form (residential camp only) and proof of health insurance. Registration Residential camp registration will begin on Sunday, 6/29, at noon. Immediately following registration we will have a camp meeting and then go to the fields for a field session. The first meal will be dinner on Sunday. Closing Ceremonies and Check Out The residential camp will conclude on Thursday, 7/3 at 4:00pm. Campers will go out for a morning field session and participate in final games in the afternoon. After returning to the dorms, campers will have an awards ceremony and then they will check out of their rooms. The last meal will be lunch on Thursday. Evaluations Each player will receive a written evaluation and a 1 on 1 evaluation with their camp coach. At the conclusion of camp, parents are encouraged to meet with coaches to discuss their child's progress. Directions to Denison Denison's 1200-acre hillside campus is in Granville, Ohio, just 27 miles east of Columbus, the state capital. The college is less than 10 miles north of Interstate 70 (Exit 126) on Route 37. This is the best route from the east, west and south. If coming from the north, you should exit Interstate 71 at Bellville and take State Route 13 south into Mt. Vernon. From there, Route 661 south will bring you the 23 miles to the back entrance of Denison.  |
