- I have read the camp rules, understand them and agree that my child shall abide by them. I also understand that if my child violates these rules he/she may be sent home with no refund.
- I understand that all information/communication from the camp will come via email.
- I understand that my child will not be permitted to check into camp until all camp fees have been paid in full.

A $200.00 deposit for the residential camp or $50.00 deposit for the day camp should be submitted to the camp office to reserve enrollment at camp. Please send your deposit to Rob Russo, Director, Score and Save Soccer, 2 Sunset Hill, Granville, OH 43023. Checks should be made out to Score and Save Soccer. |
